Returns & Exchanges

At VOIGHT, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have original tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
